Retrieve your Pirate Portal username and password and check your Pirate Portal email for Campus SaVE training.

Once your application has been processed, you may retrieve your Pirate Portal username and password. You will use your Pirate Portal to check student emails, financial aid status and awards, admission status, holds and schedules, register for classes and make payments.

Click the Pirate Portal icon on the upper right side of this page.

  • Click the “Retrieve your username and password.” link
  • Click the “First time student/employee? Get your username and password here” link
  • Follow the steps to receive your username and password

Check your Pirate Portal email once a week to locate your Campus SaVE training email. Once you receive your email, you will need to complete the training. Failure to complete this training will make you ineligible to register for classes.

  • Login to Pirate Portal
  • Under the "LaunchPad" folder, click the "Student Email" link

Tip: If you incorrectly login too many times, your account may need to be reset. Please contact the Helpdesk at HelpDesk@VictoriaCollege.edu or (361) 582-2509.

When you access student email for the first time, you will need to set your time zone to U.S. Central and Canada and click Save.
