Nursing - Associate Degree/ Generic/ Tech-Prep Plan

The Victoria College offers a two-year Associate in Applied Science Degree in Nursing in Victoria. Upon successful completion of the program the graduate is eligible to apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).  Satisfactory achievement on the examination will qualify the graduate for licensure as a Registered Nurse.  The Associate Degree Nursing program is fully accredited by the Texas Board of Nursing and the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (61 Broadway, New York City, NY 10006, 212-363-5555).

Nursing - Associate Degree (LVN-ADN Transition Program)

The Victoria College offers the LVN Transition Courses each semester at the Victoria Campus. Upon successful completion of RNSG 1327 and RNSG 1261, 12 hours equivalency credit for RNSG 1423, RNSG 1260, RNSG 1219 and RNSG 2461 will be granted.  Upon successful completion of the program the graduate is eligible to apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
