For students who are seeking an associate degree or certificate, or who plan to transfer to a university:
If you are unable to find a Victoria College online class to meet your needs, you may look at the Virtual College of Texas. To request a VCT course, you must submit the course for approval via the VCT Course Request Form.
For students interested in taking Workforce & Continuing Education courses:
To register for Workforce & Continuing Education classes, please call (361) 582-2528 or stop by the Continuing Education Center, located at Entrance 1 on Victoria College's Main Campus.
Online Course Requirements
The online learning environment is different than face-to-face instruction. Be sure to review your online course syllabus available in the searchable schedule. If you are looking for information on a course that does not have a syllabus link, please check back in a few days. All new online students are required to attend a Blackboard Orientation Session. Any student who has taken an online class in the past is welcome to attend. To sign-up for an orientation session, please login to the Pirate Portal, click on the Student Resources menu, and then click on Distance Education where you will find the Blackboard Orientation Reservation Form.
Course & Instructor Information
In accordance with House Bill 2504, Victoria College provides Course & Instructor Information, including class schedules, course syllabi, faculty curriculum vitae, and instructional department budgets.
