The Victoria College maintains an "open door" admissions policy under the authority of the Texas Administrative Code Title 19 and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

Admission to the college does not guarantee admission to all programs of the College. Admission requirements for specific health programs are listed in the general catalog. Prior to registration, all new and former students (not enrolled the previous semester) must complete and submit to the Admissions and Records Office an Application for Admission to Victoria College. The application for admission is available online and can be submitted via the web as well. During Registration, students who have not submitted an application must do so.

Eligible students may register using web registration (self registration). Applications for admission must be submitted to the Admissions and Records office at least one week prior to using web registration.

Steps for Admission to The Victoria College

  1. Submit your Application for Admission.
  2. Submit Official transcript from High School with graduation date or GED certificate (copy). Transferring students with 12 or more credit hours must only provide Official Transfer Transcripts.
  3. Provide Assessment Testing scores (THEA or Alternative Assessment) unless exempt or waived. Students with exemptions must provide exempting scores.
  4. Contact the Admissions and Records at 361-572-6408 or registrar@victoriacollege.edu.
  5. Attend an Orientation Session.
  6. Register for classes.
