Physical Plant is responsible for building access, repair and maintenance, grounds upkeep, custodial services, air-condition and heating, and electrical in all buildings.
The Direcor of Physical Plant supervises the following departments:
- Building Maintenance
- HVAC/Electrical
- Grounds Keeping
- Custodial Services
- Central Receiving & Stores (Also co-supervised with Purchasing)
- Special Services
