Students and their parents are welcome to come explore VC’s certificate and degree programs, workforce training, and transfer options—all under one roof.

“Those who have not yet chosen a major or area of study are encouraged to come explore all the options VC has to offer,” said Melissa Robinson, director of pre-college programs.

 Attendees can get information regarding:

·         Admissions and registration

·         Academic advising

·         Workforce training

·         Certificates and associate degrees

·         Transfer opportunities

·         Financial aid and scholarship opportunities

·         Testing requirements

·         Campus life and student organizations

Those who are interested in finding out more about VC’s Vocational Nursing program or the Associate Degree-Nursing program may attend one-hour breakout sessions about the admissions requirements for these programs. Both programs will each present at 6 and 7 p.m.

Participants are encouraged to take a guided campus tour and visit VC’s classrooms. Information booths throughout the VC Health Sciences Center will feature hands-on displays and demonstrations of VC’s state-of-the-art lab equipment including simulation mannequins, special tools, models and other technical equipment.
