Students “Kinect” with student activities and other campus resources

A number of informational tables were set up at the VC Student Center as part of a two-hour, two-day event for VC students called Kinect with Student Activities and Other Campus Resources. Students could learn more about tutoring, advising, counseling, the Computer Helpdesk, and Campus Ambassadors, among others.

Campus clubs and organizations such as the Science Club, Veteran’s Association, Writers Club, Sports Club, Dirt Nerds, United Campus Ministry, and Student Government Association were also represented, offering students a chance to join. Using the Kinect theme, an Xbox player was available for students to enjoy during the informal information session
