Victoria College introduces new online course: Certificate in Food, Nutrition, and Health

Victoria College’s Workforce and Continuing Education Department, in partnership with ed2go, offers hundreds of quality, noncredit online courses and is pleased to announce the launch of its newest offering: "Certificate in Food, Nutrition, and Health."

Participants in this course will gain a holistic overview of current food and nutrition issues and their impact on physical, social, emotional, and spiritual health. This certificate is designed for people working in the healthcare field and anyone else interested in the topic.

Through well-crafted lessons, expert online instruction, and interaction with fellow students, participants in these courses gain valuable knowledge at their convenience. They have the flexibility to study at their own pace combined with the structure and support to complete the course. They can also access the classroom 24/7 from anywhere with an Internet connection.

New sessions of each course run every month. The courses are entirely Web-based with comprehensive lessons. A dedicated professional instructor facilitates every course, pacing learners, answering questions, giving feedback, and facilitating discussions.
