The last Lunch & Learn Series seminar in the fall series is moving to the Victoria College campus.

Victoria College and Huvar’s Artisan Market remain partners in presenting this series designed for busy professionals. The last seminar in the fall series, Customer Service, will be held from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20 in Room 101 of the Academic Building, 2200 E. Red River St.

They will also learn how their customer service stacks up, as well as how to build on even the sharpest of service policies. They will learn how to communicate, resolve complaints and foster winning traits in customer service.

The presenter is Ricky De La Garza, Victoria College EMS Coordinator & Instructor.
