Twenty students earn EMT-Paramedic Certificate at Victoria College

Twenty students recently graduated from Victoria College’s Emergency Medical Services Program with an EMT-Paramedic Certificate. Students learned how to assess the safety of an emergency scene, mitigate scene hazards, and conduct a comprehensive patient assessment. They also learned how to develop a field diagnosis, implement a treatment plan for acutely ill and injury patients of all ages and transport patients to the appropriate healthcare facility.
