VC offering ‘Johnny the Bagger’ customer service course

Victoria College will offer the “Johnny the Bagger: A True Story of Customer Service” course on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at VC’s Emerging Technology Complex, located at 7403 Lone Tree Road in Victoria.

The course, which will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Room 302 of the Conference & Education Center, trains employees about how mindsets and actions impact service levels, how extraordinary service comes from the heart and the importance of placing a personal signature on great service. It is based on the true story of Johnny, a young man with Down’s syndrome, who committed himself to provide exceptional customer service at every opportunity.

The cost for the course is $40. All materials and a lunch will be provided.
