Pirate Preview Day
VCs Ricky De La Garza provides students information about allied health careers during a Pirate Preview Day.

Victoria College will host a Pirate Preview Day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7 at the Johnson Symposium located in VC’s Allied Health Building.

Prospective students will receive information on Victoria College’s programs and services while also touring the campus and learning about admissions, scholarships, financial aid, campus life and student services.

The event will also provide information for students who have not determined their career path such as academic transfer plans, associate degrees, certificates and industry-recognized credentials.

Lunch will be provided at the free event.

“This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in furthering their education to discover the programs that Victoria College offers,” said Sabrina Romo, VC coordinator of pre-college programs and recruitment. “High School students in their junior or senior years can possibly use a college day excused absence in order to attend Pirate Preview Day.”

To register for Pirate Preview Day, call VC’s Pre-College Programs and Recruitment Office at (361) 485-6823 or email PreCollegePrograms@VictoriaCollege.edu.
