VC’s Spring Carnival and Easter Egg Hunt on April 12
Spring Carnival
Children 13 years old and younger can participate in the Easter egg hunt at Victoria College’s Spring Carnival and Easter Egg Hunt on April 12.

Victoria College will hold its annual Spring Carnival and Easter Egg Hunt from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12 at the Quad area on VC’s Main Campus.

The Easter Egg Hunt, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 5:45 p.m. There will be separate sections for specific age groups. Children ages 13 years and younger can compete in the Easter Egg Hunt.

There will also be games and activities for the whole family. Popcorn, snow cones, brownies, cotton candy, hot dogs, nachos, Frito pies and lemonade will be available for purchase at the carnival.

“All the proceeds from the event will go to Victoria College student organizations and Relay for Life of Victoria County,” said Elaine Everett-Hensley, VC’s director of student activities.

VC organizations participating in the event include the TRiO Club, Student Government Association, Student Nurses Association–Associate Degree Nursing, United Campus Ministry, Phi Theta Kappa, Quidditch, SCOPE and Student Nurses Association–Vocational Nursing.

Victoria College is located at 2200 E. Red River Street in Victoria. Parking is available at Entrances 1 and 2 off Ben Jordan Street.
