Institutional Planning & Special ProjectsInstitutional Planning, Assessment, and Special Projects is engaged in many activities that coordinate priorities across all parts of the college. The Office of Planning and Institutional Assessment is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting data that can be used for operational and strategic decision- making, as well as providing required data and reports to State agencies. The Programming department develops and manages the college’s information database and user interfaces. The Information Systems component of Special Projects is responsible for implementing a comprehensive college-wide information management system. The Construction component of Special Projects coordinates all aspects of major campus facilities projects, including development, design, and construction, in support of the VC facilities master plan, as well as the development of facilities at the Gonzales and Calhoun County centers.
