Real Estate continuing education courses are necessary to prepare you for a career in real estate sales.

In addition to proof of U.S. citizenship (or legal alien status) and a minimum age of eighteen (18) years or older, the State of Texas requires evidence of successful completion of Real Estate education in order to apply for a Real Estate Salesperson License.

Coursework includes:

• Principles of real estate
• Law of agency
• Law of contracts
• Property management
• Real estate brokerage
• Investments or marketing.

*Core and related courses are available through online instruction.

Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to apply for a Real Estate Salesperson License with the State of Texas.
