All refunds/exchanges must be accompanied by the “ORIGINAL” Victoria College Bookstore register receipt.

Refunds are NOT allowed after the ceremony.

• You must meet the posted last day for full refund date (see Refund Period).
• Items purchased after the posted last day for full refund are NOT refundable.
• New books must be returned in original condition.  No marks, highlighting, or physical damage.
• Shrink-wrapped bundles must be returned in original unbroken wrap.
• Used books must be in resalable condition.

Reference Materials
Dictionaries, thesauruses, cards, charts, medical reference books, test preparation manuals, etc. which are purchased as additional study aids are NOT refundable.

Special Orders
Special orders of any type are NOT refundable.

Gift Cards
NO refunds on gift card balances.

Defective Textbooks/Reference Materials
Defective new books will be replaced.  Used books are not guaranteed and may be replaced at our discretion.

General Merchandise
General merchandise (non book/non reference material) may be returned or exchanged within (10) calendar days from the date of purchase.  Items that are blister packed, tagged, or otherwise sealed can only be returned in the factory packaging, tags, etc. are intact and unopened.  T-shirts, hoodies, caps, backpacks, calculators, medical supplies, etc. are all considered “general merchandise”.  Merchandise that is marked “NONRETURNABLE” cannot be refunded.

Defective General Merchandise
Defective items have an in-store warranty exchange period of (10) calendar days from the date of purchase.  After (10) days, customer must contact the manufacturer for warranty information or service.

Clearance Items
All clearance items are NOT refundable or exchangeable.  All sales are final on clearance items.

Refund Period

• Fall & Spring full semester courses are (2) weeks from the first class day.
• Fast track or intercession semesters are (1) week from the first class day.
• Summer courses are (1) week from the first class day.
• Interim courses are by the end of the first day of class.
• Continuing Education courses must be returned within (2) days of the first class day, unless it is a weekend of one day course. These must be returned before the first class day.

• Actual refunds must reach the Bookstore by the end of the Bookstore’s business day, or be postmarked by the posted date.
