Registration - Step 5

Pay for your classes or accept financial aid awards.

Registration is not complete until your classes have been paid in full, you have received a financial aid award notification, or you have initiated a payment plan.

How do I accept my financial aid awards?

Pirate Portal > Financial Aid & Scholarships folder > Financial Aid Awards link > Choose year and Submit > Terms and Conditions tab > Read and Accept > Accept Award Offer tab > Accept Award

There is a $20 fee and half is due when the payment plan is initiated. Only the student can initiate a financial contract with the college. There is a $25 late fee each time the payment plan date is not met. 

How do I initiate a Payment Plan?

  1. Login to your Pirate Portal 
  2. Click the "Payments" folder
  3. Click the "Make/Manage Payments" link
  4. Click the "Payment Plans" menu
  5. Click the "View Plan" link next to the current Payment Plan
  6. Click Continue to finish the steps
    (Note: The remaining two payments will be automatically deducted from the form of payment you made the initial payment with.)


Go to Payments located in the Student Services building to set up your payment plan.
(You will be responsible for making the next two payments on or before the due dates. There is a $25.00 late fee for any payment not made by the due date.)
