Scholarships for Victoria College Students

Scholarships are considered an integral part of your success and made possible by the generosity of donors. The following is a list of scholarships offered through the Victoria College Foundation. Please review each scholarship to determine eligibility. If you have any questions regarding scholarships please call the College Advancement Office at (361) 582-2421. 

Victoria College Scholarships

Victoria College Foundation Scholarship (one application for over 100 scholarships)
The Victoria College Foundation Scholarship Application for the 2017-2018 academic year will open November 1, 2016. Please reference the  pdf 2017-18 Scholarship Flyer for instructions and tips on completing the application.  The application is available only through the Pirate Portal to students who have applied for admission and been accepted to Victoria College.

*All DUAL CREDIT high school students should complete the Dual Credit scholarship application listed below.  Beginning with the 2017-2018  academic year, dual credit scholarship awards will be determined with completed dual credit scholarship applications only.  Dual credit student applications will not be accepted or awarded by completing any other scholarship application.*

Dual Credit Scholarship
For VC Dual Credit students who have not previously applied this year for a dual credit scholarship. Read the pdfDual Credit Flyer for more details about this scholarship.

Workforce and Continuing Education Scholarships
Scholarship funding available for students enrolling and completing their certification or training. Read the pdf Workforce and Continuing Education Flyer for a complete list of programs and details about this scholarship. 
Scholarships are for non credit programs only.

Allied Health Continuing Education Scholarships
Scholarship funding available for students enrolling and completing their certification or training in Allied Health Continuing Education. Read the pdfAlllied Health Flyer  for a complete list of programs and details about this scholarships.  Scholarships are for non credit programs only.  Apply for the Allied Health Continuing Scholarship Application.

Gonzales Center Scholarship
The Victoria College Gonzales Center Advisory Committee awards scholarships three times a year;  Fall, Spring and Summer. The Committee awards to students who reside in Gonzales County and will attend the VC Gonzales Center.  Awards are based on both academic merit and financial need.

Victoria College Transfer Student Endowed Scholarship - for current students transferring to Texas A&M or the University of Texas
Current VC students planning to attend Texas A&M, College Station or The University of Texas, Austin in the fall of 2018 may apply for the Victoria College Transfer Student Endowed Scholarship.
