VCT exam proctoring is administered by appointment.

Contact the Testing Center at least 3 business days prior to when your test date opens (EX. The test opens on Monday – contact us no later than the previous Wednesday).

Testing times are: Monday – Thursday at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and Noon.

When testing at the Main Campus Testing Center, be sure you:

• Schedule an appointment here.
• Make your appointment at least 5 business days in advance of your instructor making your exam available.
• You may make appointments for the entire semester.
  NOTE: If you drop your class, please contact us so we may release the seat to another student.

Verify with your instructor that the test has been sent to the VC Testing Center before setting your appointment.

Have the following information when scheduling a test:

• Your Name
• Test Date/time (Check your course syllabus for testing dates)
• Instructor’s Name
• Course (ex. ENGL 1302, HIST 1301)
• Name of College course is from (EX. Trinity Valley Community College)
• Daytime phone number

Schedule very early if you need a specific date/time due to work or school schedules. Some dates/times fill up early!

Limit of one test per course per day – Exception of written permission from the instructor is on record at the Testing Center. This information must be in the Testing Center 3 days prior to scheduled exams.

Bring your Photo ID – Photo ID is required to test.

Do not bring personal belongings – Please, leave purses and back packs in your car. Cell phones and pagers must be turned OFF!

Be courteous to others testing; please enter and leave the room quietly.

If Victoria College is not the host of your VCT course, there will be a proctoring fee of $25 per test for the first 2 hours and $10 per hour remaining on the allotted time limit provided by the instructor for the test.

The Testing Center is located in the Continuing Education Center Room 201.
