Victoria College offers a variety of noncredit workforce and continuing education courses designed to meet the needs of the community. Individuals can improve their technical and professional skills or participate in lifelong learning activities that are more recreational in focus. Businesses and industries can capitalize on education and training for their employees through our workforce and continuing education courses.

Workforce and Continuing Education courses are noncredit courses and do not qualify for academic credit or transfer degree programs. Click on the category below that interests you. VC also offers online courses with start dates every month.

4 Ways to Register*

Four options are available to register for any Workforce and Continuing Education (WCE) course offered at Victoria College:

  1. Online: Complete the online WCE Registration Form
  2. Phone: Call (361) 582-2528 
  3. Mail: Complete the WCE Registration Form and mail with a check, money order, or credit card information to the address below.
  4. In Person: Visit the

    Workforce & CE, Suite 309

Payment can be made over the phone with a credit/debit card.

*To register for a Healthcare Professions Continuing Education Course, (Allied Health or EMS), please visit or call (361) 582-2412.

Workforce and Continuing Education Scholarship Application


What is your cancellation policy?
Victoria College reserves the right to cancel classes and change class times or instructors as needed.

What is the Refund Policy?
A 100% refund is given if a withdrawal request is received before the class begins, or if the class is cancelled by the College.  No refund is issued after the class begins.  Police Academy students will receive an 80% refund if the withdrawal is completed during the first five calendar days following the first class meeting. 
Does Victoria College award CEUs?
Continuing Education Units (CEU) are awarded for most Continuing Education courses. A record of the courses you have taken and the CEUs awarded are kept on Continuing Education Transcripts. Copies of these transcripts are available in the Admissions and Records Office in the Administration Building. Alternate forms of continuing education such as CPE (Continuing Professional Education) or CNE (Continuing Nursing Education) may also be available. Please contact the appropriate department for additional information.

What special accommodations are available?
