Registration for Victoria College’s interim, summer and fall classes will begin Monday, April 22.
The deadline to register and pay for three-week interim classes is noon on Thursday, May 9. Classes offered during the interim session include Composition I, Technical Writing, Federal Government, U.S. History I, General Psychology, Lifespan Growth & Development and Interpersonal Communication. The interim classes will be held May 13-30.
The registration and payment deadline for Summer I classes is noon on Thursday, May 30. During the Summer I session, VC will offer more than 30 five-week courses beginning on June 3 and ending on July 2. Several eight-week courses will also be offered from June 3 through July 25.
The deadline to register and pay for Summer II classes is noon on Wednesday, July 3. The Summer II schedule includes nearly 30 classes that begin on July 8 and end on Aug. 6.
Fall registration will continue through 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15.
The summer and fall schedules for traditional credit courses can be viewed online at VictoriaCollege.edu/ClassSchedule. Eligible students can register online any time registration is open or meet with an advisor Mondays through Thursdays, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Fridays, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Beginning on May 17, Victoria College offices will be closed on Fridays as well as on May 27 (Memorial Day) and July 4 (Independence Day).
Incoming freshmen are required to sign up to attend a Pirate Orientation session. Pirate Orientation sessions at VC’s Main Campus are scheduled for May 16 and 23; June 22 and 27; July 17 and 18; and Aug. 9 and 10. The VC Gonzales Center will offer two Pirate Orientation sessions in Gonzales on Aug. 1.
