International Students

1. Complete the online VC admissions application
   • Go to ApplyTexas and create an account.   First a profile will need to be created.  Once the profile is created, you will need to start a new application.
   • Choose “Two-year Community/Junior College”
   • Choose “Victoria College”
   • Choose “Two Year”
   • Select your semester
   • Select your major
   • Once these have all been selected, you’ll be able to start your application.
   • You will know when your application has been completed and submitted by the confetti that fills your screen after submission.
2. Complete the International Admissions Packet
   • The packet can be filled out electronically and emailed to Madelyne Tolliver or Carrie Rodriguez.
3. Submit required supplemental documents
   • Passport of I-20 applicant
   • Passport of dependents, if any
   • Proof of English proficiency 
   • Evaluated high school transcript
   • Financial support documentation
     1. Statement of Financial Support
     2. Letter of Financial Sponsorship
     3. Bank Statement

     3. Bank Statement
   • International Transfer-In Form

Submit the following documents in you currently maintain lawful status in the US with any of the following:

A, E, G, H, I, J, K, L, O, R, TD, TN, U, and V visas

     3. Bank Statement
4. Submit the Change of Status Form I-539 to USCIS once the I-20 has been provided to you

Breakdown of Estimated Costs

If you will be traveling with dependents add $3,000 per dependent to the total cost.

You are expected to pay all tuition and fees by the semester payment deadlines.

The college does not provide the following:

• International student specific scholarships – we do have an overall scholarship application that international students can fill out but there is not a scholarship only for international students
• Student housing – a brochure of area apartments can be provided upon request
• Public transportation

Victoria College can only issue I-20s to qualifying international student I-20s for the following 2-year degrees/programs:

• Associate of Applied Science - Electronics Tech Specialization
• Associate of Applied Science - Instrumentation Tech Specialization
• Associate of Applied Science - Nursing
• Associate of Applied Science - Physical Therapist Assistant
• Associate of Applied Science - Respiratory Care 
• Associate of Applied Science - Process Technology
• Associate of Applied Science - Network Engineering Technology and Cloud Computing
