Mission Statement

The Financial Aid Office is committed to helping students and families in the pursuit of their educational goals by removing financial barriers which would otherwise discourage or prohibit the attendance of qualified students who lack adequate resources.  The Financial Aid staff will make every effort to assist students in obtaining the necessary funds to attend college by administering financial aid programs in compliance with the federal, state and institutional regulations and guidelines.

Victoria College encourages all students to understand their role and responsibility in applying for and receiving financial aid of any type. The financial aid made available through any school is to be used for the costs of attending college, which consists of tuition, fees and living costs while attending. The ethical standards of receiving financial aid for each student is to ensure that they are using their financial aid for its intended purpose and in accordance with federal and state regulations.
