Complete the Continuing Education Application (Google Chrome browser is preferred)

• Once your application has been processed, you will be able to retrieve your Pirate Portal username and password.  You will use your Pirate Portal to check student emails, financial aid status and awards, holds and schedules, and make payments.

Access the Pirate Portal:

• Click "Retrieve or reset username and password"
• Click "Start" in the blue New User box
• Follow the steps to receive your username and password

After you've been admitted to attend Continuing Education classes at Victoria College and retrieved your Pirate Portal username and password, you are eligible to register for classes online!

You must be logged into the Pirate Portal to register for classes.  (Google Chrome browser is preferred.)

View the CPR & First Aid schedule to review available classes.  This schedule includes the Term & CRN you will need to register in the Pirate Portal. 

• Each course contains unique registration periods and payment deadlines.  
• Registration is first-come, first-served. 
• You must register and pay before the payment deadline to keep your spot.

• If you miss the deadline, you will be dropped from the course.

Online registration closes at the registration/payment deadline. After this deadline, you may still register in person in the Allied Health Building, Suite 100 if space is available. In-person registration closes at noon on the Thursday before the class.

Legislation requires all Texas colleges and universities to make this information available to students. Please read the Bacterial Meningitis Information.

Victoria College accepts cash, money orders, checks, and debit/credit cards.  Payment can be made online via the Pirate Portal or at the Payments Center located in the Student Success Center.

• Closes at the registration/payment deadline.
• Payment must be made by this deadline to avoid being dropped from your class.

• Available after the payment deadline if space is available.
• Closes at noon on the Thursday before the class begins.
• Payment in full is required at the time of registration.
