Victoria College’s Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts
Tickets are now on sale for four upcoming performances at Victoria College’s Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts, featuring Will Holiday’s Grand Ol’ Christmas Show, comedian Jeff Allen, country music singer Jimmy Fortune, and Elvis tribute artist Donny Edwards.
The holiday season kicks off with Will Holiday’s Grand Ol’ Christmas Show at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3. The Grand Ol’ Christmas Show is a live musical variety show featuring Christmas classics and original sketch comedy. Created by The Grand Ol’ Production Company and produced by Will Holiday, the show features Blue Water Highway.
Comedian Jeff Allen will bring his “My Second ‘Final’ Farewell Tour” to the Welder Center at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2027. Following sold-out performances and added second shows in markets across the country, Allen is back with his latest tour. For more than 40 years, he has entertained audiences with clean comedy, quick wit and stories about everyday life.
Country music singer Jimmy Fortune will perform at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 1, 2027. Fortune toured, sang and performed with the legendary Statler Brothers for 21 years. Fortune and The Statler Brothers were inducted into the Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame in 2007 and the Country Music Association Hall of Fame in 2008.
After The Statler Brothers retired in 2002, Fortune launched a solo career and continues to share new music with country music fans.
Elvis tribute artist Donny Edwards will bring his acclaimed show, “An Elite Tribute to Elvis,” to the Welder Center at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 28, 2027. Edwards is known worldwide for masterfully recreating each era of Elvis Presley’s career, from his 1950s rock ‘n’ roll beginnings to the Las Vegas years.
