Abilene Christian University
The articulation agreement between VC and ACU was signed October 2024 and remains active until terminated by either party. To view the fully executed agreement, submit the Request for Transfer MOU/Articulation Agreement.
Benefits to VC students:
- ACU will assist students during their transition from VC to ACU.
- ACU will accept and apply core and lower division courses articulated within the agreement towards the VC students' specified degree program.
- ACU will allow students to participate in reverse transfer.

Benefit to VC Students
- BC will accept up to 90 credit hours from VC.
- BC will allow VC students to take up to 6 credit hours of upper division coursework at BC as a non-matriculating student.
- BC courses can be reversed transferred towards the Associate degree at VC.
- Consortium Agreement - Students enrolled simultaneously at VC and BC are permitted for their course enrollment at both institutions to count towards their enrollment status and cost of attendance for the purposes of the student financial aid program.

Del Mar College - Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) Program
This Memorandum of Agreement between Del Mar College and Victoria College was signed April 2025 and remains active until April 2028 with a option for renewal for an additional 3 years. To view the fully executed agreement, submit the Request for Transfer MOU/Articulation Agreement.

Benefit to Students
- Del Mar will accept MLT program prerequisites and designated program of study courses taken at VC and apply the credit towards the MLT program course requirements.
- Students can complete Del Mar MLT courses online.
- Students can complete required clinical hours at local facilities in Victoria and surrounding counties.

Del Mar College RN to BSN
This Memorandum of Agreement between Del Mar College and Victoria College is active from August 2025 to August 2028 with automatic renewal every 3 years thereafter. To view the fully executed agreement, submit the Request for Transfer MOU/Articulation Agreement.
Benefits to Students
- Del Mar will accept credit hours from Victoria College: 36 school credit hours (sch) earned in the Associate of Applied Science degree and 54 sch of general education coursework.

Herzing University
The articulation agreement between Herzing University and Victoria College was signed February 2, 2024 and remains active until terminated. To view the fully executed agreement, submit the Request for Transfer MOU/Articulation Agreement.
Benefit to Students
- Herzing University will waive the application fee for all VC student applicants.
- All courses taken at Victoria College with grades "D" or better as part of a conferred associates degree will be accepted for credit by Herzing University.

Midwestern State University - RRT (Respiratory Therapist) to BSRC
Midwestern State University's and Victoria College signed the agreement of cooperation & articulation agreement to streamline transfer from VC's AAS in Respiratory Care to Midwestern State University's BS in Respiratory care January 2024. Benefit to Students
- Midwestern State University will accept the 42 hours of core curriculum at Victoria College towards their BSRC.
- Midwestern State University will accept the entire lower division program of study of the AAS in Respiratory Care at Victoria College.
- MSU will provide a course equivalency guide for Victoria College.

Sam Houston State University
The Memorandum of Agreement between Sam Houston State University and Victoria College was signed spring 2022 and remains active through spring 2027 and may be renewed for an additional term. To view the fully executed agreement, submit the Request for Transfer MOU/Articulation Agreement.
Benefit to Students
- VC students may choose to participate in the joint admission program at SHSU and will be granted access to sporting events, facilities, and resources at both institutions.
- Sam Houston State will provide Victoria College students access to SHSU advisors prior to transfer.
- Students may reverse transfer credits from SHSU to VC to earn their Associates Degree.

San Antonio College - RN (Registered Nurse) to BSN Bridge
The RN to BSN transfer option agreement between San Antonio College and Victoria College was signed January 12, 2024 and remains active for 3 years, at which time it will auto-renew for an additional 3 years. Benefit to Students
- San Antonio College will accept up to 60 hours of the Associate of Applied Science in Nursing towards the Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
- SAC RN to BSN graduation requirements will be mapped to Victoria College course offerings to ensure that students receive credit for AAS coursework at Victoria College.

Stark College & Seminary
The Memorandum of Understanding between Stark College & Seminary and Victoria College was signed March 21, 2019 and remains active until terminated by either party. To view the fully executed agreement, submit the Request for Transfer MOU/Articulation Agreement.
Benefit to Students
- Stark College & Seminary will provide individualized degree plans for Victoria College Transfer students.
- Stark College & Seminary will accept a minimum of 90% of school credit hours taken taken at Victoria College.

Stephen F. Austin State University
The Articulation Agreement between Stephen F. Austin State University and Victoria College was signed August 2025 and remains in effect until terminated by either party. To view the fully executed agreement, submit the Request for Transfer MOU/Articulation Agreement.
Benefit to Students
- Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA) will assist VC transfer students with their transition to the SFA bachelor's degree program of their choice.
- Core coursework will be transferred from VC and applied toward SFA's core requirements. In cases where there is not an equivalent course at SFA, courses will be transferred enbloc and applied to the relevant core requirement.
- VC students can reverse transfer credits from SFA to VC to complete their Associate degree at VC.

Texas A&M University - RN to BSN
The RN to BSN Articulation Agreement between San Antonio College and Victoria College was signed October 30, 2025 and remains in effect until August 31, 2028. Benefit to Students
- TAMU will give preference to students who have earned an Associates Degree in Nursing from Victoria College during the admission selection process.
- TAMU will accept 55 school credit hours of general education coursework and 35 school credit hours earned in the AAS from from VC.

The Articulation Agreement between Texas State University and Victoria College was signed December 2025 and remains in effect until December 2030 at which time it can be renewed for an additional 5-year term. Benefit to Students
- Victoria College students who transfer as "core complete" will retain that status upon transfer to TXST.
- Victoria College students can reverse transfer credits from TXST to VC to earn their Associate degree.
- Texas State University will assist VC students in their transition to TXST.
- Texas State University will online access to transfer guides between partnering institutions.

Texas State University - RRT to BSRC
The AAS Respiratory Therapy to Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care Articulation Agreement between Texas State University and Victoria College active from February 1, 2024 to February 1, 2027 with subsequent option for renewal for an additional 2 years. Benefit to Students
- Victoria College students with the RRT credential will be awarded 35 hours of "block credit" for major courses completed at the RRT level.
- Victoria College students can transfer a maximum of 103 credit hours of major coursework and general education coursework to TXST as applicable towards the BSRC degree.

Texas Tech University
The Memorandum of Understanding between Texas Tech University and Victoria College was signed Feb. 24, 2024 and remains in effect until Feb. 24, 2029 with the option to extend for up to 3 one-year terms. Benefit to Students
- Texas Tech University will accept transferrable core curriculum, fields of study and other lower division from Victoria College.
- TTU will provide transfer "crosswalks" for transfer advising.
- TTU will provide academic advising services to pre-transfer students.
- Victoria College students can opt to reverse transfer their TTU credits to Victoria College to complete their Associate Degree at VC.

Texas Woman's University
The Memorandum of Understanding between Texas Woman's University and Victoria College was signed Apr. 7, 2025 and remains in effect indefinitely pending annual review. To view the fully executed agreement, submit the Request for Transfer MOU/Articulation Agreement.
Benefit to Students
- Victoria College students who are certified core complete, will be considered to have met TWU's general education requirements for all courses in which they have earned a "C" or higher.
- TWU will allow VC transfers in good standing to reverse transfer TWU credit to VC to earn their Associate degree.
