How To Schedule My Appointment

• VC Students: You must schedule your exams 12 business hours in advance.
• VC Students (Accommodations): You must schedule your exams 48 business hours in advance. For a reader/scribe, there must be a minimum of 4 days' notice.
  

1. Log in to Canvas
2. Click the class you want to schedule.
3. Click Testing (Victoria)
4. Choose the exam time and date. Note: Only dates in bold on the calendar can be chosen.
5. Acknowledge the Testing Center’s rules. Check the box, indicating you agree, and click the green "Add to Cart" button.
6. View the exams you have scheduled, delete any unwanted exams, and/or add additional exams if needed.
7. Finalize your appointment by clicking the "Complete Registration" button.

•  After you complete the check-out process, you will receive a confirmation email.
• A valid current photo I.D. is required for all testing (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, or a State/National/Province ID).

The Victoria College Testing Center is located on the 2nd floor of the Student Success Center.

A valid, current photo I.D. is required for all testing (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, or a State/National/Province ID)

The NCTA Proctoring Network (NPN) is a referral service provided by the National College Testing Association (NCTA) to facilitate distance learning. The purpose of the NPN is to make test administration services available to students away from their campuses, particularly at educational institutions. It is a free service for students or others who are seeking a professional location at which to take an exam. Visit https://ncta.memberclicks.net/proctoring-network to find a Proctor.

Review these guidelines before arriving at the Testing Center for a smooth testing experience.

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled exam.
• You must bring a valid physical photo ID (driver’s license, Victoria College student ID, passport, military ID, tribal ID, or state/national/province ID).
• No food, drinks, gum, cell phones, smartwatches, electronic devices, hats, sunglasses, purses, or backpacks are allowed in the testing room.
• All personal items must be left in your vehicle or stored in a designated Testing Center locker. This includes electronic devices, which must be powered off before being stored in the secure locker provided. The Testing Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Only students taking an exam are allowed inside the Testing Center. Children cannot be left unattended anywhere on campus (per the “Children on Campus” section in the Student Handbook).
• For VC exams, you are responsible for telling your instructor the date and time of your scheduled exam.
• To retake a VC exam, you must get your instructor’s approval and schedule a new appointment.
• Some non-VC exams may not be available during final exams or campus closures.
• Eligible students may request testing accommodations through Disability Support Services (not including GED, SAT, or ACT).
