Test Availability: 
Fall/Spring/Summer Monday - Friday at 1 p.m. 

(Exempt  during Finals/Campus Closure) 

Fall /Spring testing is not available on the following dates.

• Apr. 3, 2026
  

Summer, most every Wednesday 1 p.m. (Exempt  during Finals/Campus Closure)

• $28.50 fee (Non-Refundable Fee)
• All exams are non-refundable and non-transferable
• VC Payment Office is located in the Student Services Building (Building #8 on VC's  Campus Map). Cash, check, or money order accepted.
• Please bring the PID Number and PO for payment from the employer, if applicable
• A physically valid/current state-issued photo ID is required to test (a picture, copy, or electronic ID will not be accepted)
• Ensure you have been endorsed by TCOLE to take the selected Exam.

4. Choose Time
5. Enter test takers information
6. Acknowledge Guidelines (Check the agree box)
7. Select the "Ready to checkout " button. Once you have completed the check-out process. You will receive a confirmation email that you have successfully scheduled.

Test Results:
Examinees will receive a computerized printout of results immediately after the exam.

Victoria College Testing Center offers TCOLE testing for the following qualifying examinees.

• 01 Basic Hypnosis
• J003 Basic Jailers
• 001 Basic Peace Officer
• 1112 Peace Officers Jailer Certification 1107
• 001 Peace Officers Licensing
• 1 Telecommunicators Licensing
• Group testing (please call for details)

• I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to communicate with my instructor the date and time of my scheduled exam.
• I acknowledge that I will need to bring a valid physical photo identification with me on exam day (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, or a State/National/Province ID).
• I acknowledge that I must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to my scheduled exam time.
• I acknowledge that once I am checked in, if I do not leave all personal belongings in my vehicle, I will be required to store all electronic devices that are powered off and personal items in a secure locker or approved area prior to and during testing. The Testing Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• I acknowledge that I cannot bring food, drink, gum, electronic devices, cell phones, smart watches, hats or caps, sunglasses, purses or backpacks into the testing room. Lockers or approved storage area will be available for belongings.
• I acknowledge that testing candidates are the only ones allowed in the Testing Center. I also acknowledge that children are not allowed to be unattended outside of the Testing Center or any other area of the college during testing. Please refer to the Victoria College Student Handbook, page 51.
• I acknowledge that if I need to retake a VC Exam, I must seek instructor approval and I am responsible for scheduling the new exam according to the Testing Center policy.
• I acknowledge that I am aware that some test administrations may not be available during campus closures or final exam testing.
• For students needing Disability Support Services (not including GED, SAT, or ACT), please contact our office for information and scheduling.
