How To Schedule My Appointment

• VC Students: You must schedule your exams 12 business hours in advance.
• VC Students (Accommodations): You must schedule your exams 48 business hours in advance. For a reader/scribe, there must be a minimum of 4 days' notice.
  

1. Log in to Canvas
2. Click the class you want to schedule.
3. Click Testing (Victoria/Gonzales)
4. Choose the exam time and date. Note: Only dates in bold on the calendar can be chosen.
5. Acknowledge the Testing Center’s rules. Check the box, indicating you agree, and click the green "Add to Cart" button.
6. View the exams you have scheduled, delete any unwanted exams, and/or add additional exams if needed.
7. Schedule your exam by clicking the green "Ready to Checkout" button.

•  After you complete the check-out process, you will receive a confirmation email.
• A valid current photo I.D. is required for all testing (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, or a State/National/Province ID).

Testing appointments are available at the Victoria College Main Campus during the following times:

Main Campus

 No walk in Testing allowed.

Computer/Paper for the main campus is based on availability, depending on the allotted exam time.

Monday - Thursday (8 a.m.- 7 p.m.)

• 16 Week: December 12 -18, 2025
• 1^st 8 Week: October 15-17, 2025
• 2^nd 8 Week: December 12-18, 2025
•  Winter Interim: January 7, 2026

 Spring 2026

• 16 Week: May 8-14, 2026
• 1^st 8 Week: March 11-13, 2026
• 2^nd 8 Week: May 8-14, 2026

 Summer 2026

• May Interim: June 2, 2026
• 1st 5 Week: June 6-7, 2026
• 8 Week: July 22-23, 2026
• 2nd 5 Week: Aug. 5-6, 2026

Friday & Saturday, Dec. 13-14, 2025
Monday-Wednesday, Dec. 15-17, 2025

The Victoria College Testing Center is located in the Continuing Education Center, which is at entrance number 2 (VC 2) off Ben Jordan Street take the first quick left. We are the last building on the right hand side. The office is located on the second floor, Suite 202.

A valid, current photo I.D. is required for all testing (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, or a State/National/Province ID)

The NCTA Proctoring Network (NPN) is a referral service provided by the National College Testing Association (NCTA) to facilitate distance learning. The purpose of the NPN is to make test administration services available to students away from their campuses, particularly at educational institutions. It is a free service for students or others who are seeking a professional location at which to take an exam. Visit https://ncta.memberclicks.net/proctoring-network to find a Proctor.

• I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to communicate with my instructor the date and time of my scheduled exam.
• I acknowledge that I will need to bring a valid physical photo identification with me on exam day (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, or a State/National/Province ID).
• I acknowledge that I must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to my scheduled exam time.
• I acknowledge that once I am checked in, if I do not leave all personal belongings in my vehicle, I will be required to store all electronic devices that are powered off and personal items in a secure locker or approved area prior to and during testing. The Testing Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• I acknowledge that I cannot bring food, drink, gum, electronic devices, cell phones, smart watches, hats or caps, sunglasses, purses or backpacks into the testing room. Lockers or approved storage area will be available for belongings.
• I acknowledge that testing candidates are the only ones allowed in the Testing Center. I also acknowledge that children are not allowed to be unattended outside of the Testing Center or any other area of the college during testing. Please refer to the Victoria College Student Handbook, page 51.
• I acknowledge that if I need to retake a VC Exam, I must seek instructor approval and I am responsible for scheduling the new exam according to the Testing Center policy.
• I acknowledge that I am aware that some test administrations may not be available during campus closures or final exam testing.
